Last year I asked our members a question, “What’s the hardest part of getting fit?” I had my assumptions going into it but was surprised by the overwhelming response.
Nutrition was the leading answer, 60% of the people who responded agreed. Did you know in addition to being a gym where people work hard, get sweaty, and lift heavy things, we offer nutrition services? Right now we have forty people going through our Nutrition Challenge to learn how to make sustainable, lifestyle changes to their food habits.
The next two answers were time (20%) and commitment/consistency (17%).
Beyond offering classes in the morning, evening, and weekend, and flexible personal training sessions - we can’t do much else for you to “find” time. I will share my favorite quote on the subject though: “If it’s important to you, you will find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse.”
For commitment/consistency, we are not a “globo gym.” We want you here. If someone notices your absence, you will hear about it.
