Liza joined Nika during Quarantine and has been working hard consistently to get the work done from home. Here’s what she had to say about her Nika Story with online training.
- Why did you choose Nika? I went to high school with Ashley and she had put a post out asking if there were any mamas looking to get strong or something to that effect. Timing was right! And I was looking for a workout plan to follow and keep me accountable.
- What do you like best about the online training? Definitely the accountability and the variety of workouts.
- How do you feel the online training is helping with reaching your goals? Helped me build consistency because I wanted to hit that “complete” button everyday. Now I’m in a really good groove and I can see the changes in my body. Definitely see more muscle, my back pain is better and my core strength has improved a lot.
- What advice do you have for someone wanting to try the online program? Just do it! Don’t think about it! It’s so important to make time and commit to your own personal health and wellness goals. All other areas of your life improve as a result. This is a program that is customized for you and easy to follow so it’s much more doable. It gets you on the right track and will lead you to where you want to be and where you want to go with your fitness goals if you’re ready to stay committed.
