No access to a gym? No problem! Here are 5 travel workouts for you!

We understand that some days you cannot make it to a gym. You may be on vacation, traveling, or the kids are sick. None of that means you need to stop working out!

At NIKA Athletics, we believe anything is better than nothing! You may not have access to a barbell or dumbbells, but you do you have body. Use it and get moving!

Here are five workouts you can do from anywhere:

Workout 1:

Perform 3 rounds for time of 800m (or half mile) run, 50 air squats.

Workout 2:

Perform 4 rounds for time of 10 tuck jumps, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups.

Workout 3:

Perform 100 burpees for time.

Workout 4:

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, 15 squats.

Workout 5:

Perform for time 21-15-9 (reps) of walking lunges (each leg) and handstand push ups (modify to push ups if needed).
